Nash Community College is reminding those interested in attending NCC that it’s not too late to enroll for Spring 2026 through the college’s Flex Start course options, designed for those who may have missed the traditional semester start or need a later start date.
NCC will offer two additional start dates this spring:
- Second 14-week classes begin January 26
- Second 8-week classes begin March 9
Flex Start courses provide the same high-quality instruction and academic credit as full-term classes, while offering added flexibility for students balancing work, family and other responsibilities.
“Flex Start options are an important part of our commitment to access,” Dr. Wendy Cook, vice president of student services at NCC. “They allow students to begin or continue their education on a timeline that works for them without having to wait for the next semester.”
Flex Start courses are available across a variety of academic and workforce programs and are ideal for:
- Students who decided to enroll after the semester began
- Adult learners returning to school
- Students looking to accelerate progress toward a credential
- Individuals balancing work or family commitments
NCC encourages students to connect with Advising, Admissions and Financial Aid to explore course availability and enrollment options. Financial assistance may be available, and staff are ready to help students navigate the process.
Students can view Flex Start options and schedule advising appointments by visiting www.nashcc.edu/advising. You can also contact an advisor to discuss options at 252-428-7350 or advising@nashcc.edu.
