Nash Community College shaped me as a professional. While attending this great institution, I discovered my passions and was taught to strive for excellence in all that I do. I carry these ideals in my classroom, and I hope to inspire my students with the same foundation for success.

Nash Community College is an experience I will never forget because it offered me everything I needed at the time. I was given all the resources I needed to be successful. I felt like the instructors wanted me to succeed.

Being at Nash Community College as a student and now being an instructor has definitely given me an appreciation for educators because you have to be passionate in what you teach, or it will show, and it was clear that the instructors at NCC were passionate about teaching us.

The great thing about Nash is that we have a culture of "Blue Love" and it means we work to understand their background and focus on our students to get them from point A to point B.

NCC Alumnus of the Year Latham Named 2025 Commencement Speaker

Nash Community College is proud to announce that Robin Latham, the College’s 2024 Outstanding Alumnus of the Year and longtime employee, will serve as the 2025 Commencement Speaker during the graduation ceremony this May. Latham’s story is deeply intertwined with the mission and heart of NCC. A 1984 graduate, she began her journey on campus as a student and went on to serve in impactful roles over a remarkable 30-year career.
